Deliveries.

Delivery.

We are an online based business that delivers direct to your door. We deliver on a Friday. We process all orders that come through by Wednesday afternoon at 5pm. This allows us time to pick your plants up fresh from the nursery ready to be delivered.

If you don’t make the cut off. Your delivery will be put onto to the following week.

We will contact you to arrange a time for delivery once order is placed.

We are located in Coburg. We like to arrange delivery from furthest distance away back to towards home where possible.

Delivery Costs.

Changed from 13th July to August 20th during Covid -19 lockdown in Melbourne from postcode area 3058. Please refer to pop up on website.

Free delivery within 30km of 3058 for plants, pots and accessories.

Under $50 order value is $15 outside the 30km zone for pots and accessories.

Over $50 order value is $10 outside the 30km zone for pots and accessories.

If plants are required outside of the 30km zone. Please e-mail or message to see if delivery can be made.

Delivery times.

When we contact you once order is placed to arrange delivery. We will lock you in for an AM or PM delivery. AM time slot 9-12AM PM 1-4PM and PM 4-7PM

When we can we will try and reduce your delivery window. We will message when we are 30 mins away to prompt you that we are on our way.

Do we post pots and accessories?

Yes, we do. We can send out pots and accessories. 

Upon Delivery.

It’s always best for you the customer to be in on arrival. Specially if you live in an apartment block so you can collect at main entrance of building.

It’s down to you the customer if you have a safe spot for the plant to be left. If this is the case, you are held responsible for loss or damage to the plant.

We will take pictures of any plants and the location it is left before leaving to document.

Missed delivery time slot.

As our delivery day is very busy and work on a tight schedule, we can’t afford to hold up our customers waiting. We will do our best to redeliver same day. If it is out of our way for redelivery, we will charge $5 additional fee.

Courier for Plants.

If our delivery day of a Friday does not work for you and require another day for delivery, we can use a courier system to arrange drop off for the date and time you request. The fee for this will be arranged dependent on size of order.

Depending on variety of plant you choose we will recommend if it's suitable for courier transport. We take care of our deliveries and respect the plants. Once out of our hands we can't ensure the same quality. Please e-mail if you require this service.
