The Rhapis Excelsa is a very popular indoor plant. Its broadleaf fronds are very distinctive. How this palm holds itself upright with its dense foliage is a great feature plant in a living room or bedroom creating an exotic feel.

Greenery maintenance tips.

This plant enjoys part shade and grows well inside with good lighting. Water the palm during the spring/summer months when the top soil is dry 1 inch down. Allow up to 2 inches during autumn/winter in the colder months.
